1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only before it is shipped.

How to cancel

To cancel an order, contact us immediately:

✅ If your order is cancelled successfully, the refund (if prepaid) will be processed as per the refund timeline mentioned below.

🚫 Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


2. Return / Replacement Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Ayurvedic powders, juices, oils, skincare and consumable products are not eligible for return once delivered.

However, we provide replacement or refund in these cases:

✅ You are eligible if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Product missing in your order

  • Packet leaked or seal broken (delivered condition issue)

📌 Important: You must inform us within [24/48 hours] of delivery with proper proof.


3. Conditions for Return/Refund Request

To raise a complaint, please share:

  • Order ID

  • Product photos

  • Unboxing video (recommended)

  • Issue description

✅ If approved, we will provide:

  • Replacement product OR

  • Refund (full/partial as applicable)


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund or replacement will NOT be provided if:

  • Customer provides incorrect address/phone number

  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

  • Product used/opened after delivery (except damaged case proof)

  • Delay due to courier/service issues beyond our control

  • Customer doesn’t like taste/smell/result (results may vary)

  • Request made after [24/48 hours] of delivery


5. Refund Process & Timeline

If your refund is approved:

✅ Refund will be processed in:

  • 5–7 business days (for online payments)

Refund will be credited to:

  • Original payment method (UPI/Card/Netbanking)
    OR

  • Bank transfer (if required)

📌 Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds are not applicable unless a return/replacement is approved due to:

  • Wrong product

  • Damaged product

In such cases, replacement will be provided.
